Ours is a labor of love at @circle and I truly love what we do and why we do it. Because nothing worth doing is worth doing alone, we are proud to contribute to more inclusive financial access around the world with $USDC.
For the first time in history, we can activate the full economic potential of humanity thanks to digital dollars like $USDC. See how USDC might be the secret to financial inclusion.
Circle is more than a stablecoin issuer.
On @CryptoAmerica_, @ddisparte explains how Circle is building a broader financial platform across regulated digital money, Arc, CPN, and Circle Agent Stack.
Circle 🤝 @toss__official
Circle is collaborating with Toss and Toss Bank to explore blockchain-based payment infrastructure and stablecoin technology in Korea.
Together, we’ll assess stablecoin-based payment opportunities across one of Korea’s most widely used fintech platforms.
Circle 🤝 Kakao Group
Circle and Kakao Group have signed an MOU to explore blockchain-based payment infrastructure and digital asset technologies in Korea.
Together, we’ll assess opportunities for USDC and Circle’s global payment rails across payments, settlement, and digital asset connectivity.
Chief Strategy Officer & Head of Global Policy @Circle, @ddisparte, believes the bipartisan GENIUS Act not only advanced U.S. crypto policy, but also helped create greater regulatory harmonization around the world.
“We must celebrate… how uniquely bipartisan this was.”
The GENIUS Act showed what's possible when Congress leads with bipartisan purpose. The CLARITY Act is the logical next step for market certainty, consumer protection, and American innovation. We encourage the Senate to keep working towards a durable compromise so that CLARITY becomes law.
Circle has received final OCC approval to establish Circle National Trust, a federally chartered national trust bank.
On @NYSE, @ddisparte discusses what this milestone means for USDC infrastructure, institutional custody, and regulated stablecoins in the U.S.
One year ago today, the GENIUS Act was signed into law.
We asked @Circle’s Chief Strategy Officer and Global Head of Policy, @ddisparte, what he hopes the legislation’s lasting legacy will be.
Trust, transparency, accountability.
On @NYSE, @ddisparte explains how the GENIUS Act raises the standard for stablecoin issuers through reserve reporting, financial crime compliance, and regulatory clarity.
This is what true allied regulatory alignment looks like. And it's how a U.S.-led multi-money ecosystem will be built. Kudos to @USTreasury and @hmtreasury on jointly publishing today a set of recommendations of the Transatlantic Taskforce for Markets of the Future and an accompanying joint statement on stablecoins. Like @ddisparte wrote below, the joint report "is as principled as it is inspiring."
You cannot have the economy of the future without the money of the future, and you cannot put new money on old rails. Today's joint report from the U.S-UK Transatlantic Taskforce for the Markets of the Future is as principled as it is inspiring.

Why are stablecoins a breakthrough in payments? @joshualipsky asked a great question on where are stablecoins in the cross-border payments conversation. Here's an excerpt of our conversation at @pointzeroforum.
“You don’t send a cross-border email. You message someone you trust.”
@ddisparte explains how stablecoins combine the payment instruction and settlement asset, enabling value to settle when it is sent.
Real-time global settlement, by design.

It was great joining @NYSE and @Ash_TV live this morning discussing @circle's U.S. banking and trust charter milestone, as well as reflecting on the upcoming GENIUS Act anniversary.
The regulatory equivalent of watch what they do, not what they say. Emerging markets may be the biggest beneficiaries of stablecoin enablement because they were the proving grounds for mobile money.
The jurisdictions best equipped for stablecoins are the ones that invented mobile money.
That was the message from @ddisparte to emerging market leaders.
The frameworks look familiar because they are, and this is the upgrade.
“The technology that we’re talking about, AI, blockchain, and quantum readiness, is like insurance: better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.” At BWC's roundtable at the @pointzeroforum, BWC Member @ddisparte emphasized the need to embrace emerging technologies while building the resilience needed to navigate an ever-evolving digital finance landscape. BWC Advisory Council Member @natalyathakur also contributed to the roundtable, detailing the challenges and opportunities regarding digital asset landscape.
