My short story My Pond — a tale of ducks, delusion, and divine mischief — has found a home in Prologue, Infocalypse’s online magazine

It’s the first time one of my pieces has been selected and I’m quietly proud

I don’t normally have all these papers scattered across my desk — I just wanted to show the physical pieces alongside the digital world I’ve been building.

The fluff monster dominating the workspace is always accurate though. 😄

[Diego D. Lomax @DDLomax]

So I wanted to show you where I finished this world.
The part no one sees.
The hours, the drafts, the quiet.

Issue 1 is getting closer.

@DNicholsAuthor Thank you! and me to

I am still buzzing with joy about my first review. After all the scammers trying to get me to pay for reviews, to see a genuine (and positive) acknowledgement of my work is beyond words 🥲

First Amazon review for God of Fishes:
★★★★★ “excellent read… very surreal.”

I’m really touched
I might even print it 🥲

‘The People of the Blue Sign’ began as a violent vampire cult — a tool for controlling the first humans.

It failed.

And its cautionary tale slipped into prehistory.

Until the rogue vampire Doris resurrected the King in Blue.

Eight days left.
