Giving a speech to the Minnesota Turkey Growers today- anyone have a favorite turkey dish they order out? It's sort of weird to me that we go nuts over turkey for Thanksgiving, we raise so much of it in MN, but you don't see a lot of it on our farm-to-table-style restaurants
