Some of the best selfies aren’t taken in front of a mirror. They’re snapped mid-shift, boots on, work in progress.
For #NationalSelfieDay, folks across our co-op shared their day, from tractor seats to plant floors.
Got one? Drop it below. Bonus if dairy’s in the shot.
Families lined up. Kids grabbed cheese sticks. Neighbors slowed down enough to talk.
At Juneteenth celebrations across Kansas City, DFA employees showed up with local partners to share milk, yogurt, and cheese through DFA Cares.
The food mattered, but the connection meant more.
After the way families responded last year to @TruMooMilk's Disney Moana Strawberry Banana Low-fat Milk, it’s a flavor we knew was worth bringing back.
Made with 1% low-fat milk, natural flavors, and no artificial colors, it's a sip of summertime in every glass!
Dairy shows up where it matters most. From local food banks to honoring those who serve, we’re #DFAProud to support communities through #DFACares and alongside partners across the industry.
As we continue our celebration of #NationalDairyMonth, this week we're spotlighting the communities, experiences, and connections built around the nutritious dairy foods that nourish millions of Americans every day. 🥛💪
From local food banks to community events to honoring the service members whose commitment and sacrifice help keep our nation strong, dairy steps up when people need us the most. 🇺🇸
A huge thank you to @Chobani , @dfamilk , @SargentoCheese who helped us showcase the programs and events that support our communities.
Happy #JuneDairyMonth 👇

At last week’s @NMPF fly-in, DFA farmer-owners Jeff and Kim Burnett met with @SenJohnBarrasso in Washington, D.C., and invited him to visit their Wyoming farm. Two days later, he did.
That’s how conversations turn into action. Learn more about his visit: https://t.co/Lc7I52hFPB.
On #NationalNewMexicoDay, meet DFA farmer-owners Luis and Alexis Davalos. What started as an unexpected move to Roswell, N.M. is now home — built on teamwork, 8,400 cows, and the stability of our Cooperative.
“We’re all pulling in the same direction,” Luis says.
Tomorrow is National Flag Day. 250 years in, and it’s still carried forward in the work, passed from one generation to the next.
It’s a reminder that pride is something you show every day. 🇺🇸
Already flying yours? Drop a photo in a reply and let’s keep it going.
As this year’s @nmpf National Young Cooperators chair couple, DFA farmer-owners Erin and Kaleb Rodgers are raising their voices for the future of dairy. "If we don’t actively educate others about what dairying is really like, someone else will,” Erin says. https://t.co/0oCgbcge2Y
We’re #DFAProud of Michael Lichte, our Chief Insights and Optimization Officer, for representing America’s dairy farmers in today’s House Agriculture Committee hearing on the importance of USMCA to U.S. dairy and applauding the passage of the Whole Milk for Healthy Kids Act. 🥛🇺🇸
🗣️WHOLE MILK SHOUT OUT BY @dfamilk
The USMCA must allow full market access for American dairy farmers. Continued updates in this space can create a more fair and balanced trade agreement for the dairy farmers who work to put wholesome, nutritious foods on breakfast (and dinner!) tables across the world.
Dairy powers jobs, paychecks, and communities nationwide. Open up the fridge and see how DFA is part of an industry whose impact begins on family farms and reaches communities near and far every day.

“Why fit in when you can show up in a milk truck?”
Regan Clines, daughter of a DFA farmer-owner, did that for prom, surprising classmates with an entrance rooted in her family’s dairy legacy. What looked bold was personal, honoring generations of hard work still carried on today.
1 billion people rely on the global #DairySector for their livelihoods.
#DYK: There are 133 million dairy farms around the world — many of them female-led.
Choosing to #EnjoyDairy also means choosing to help reduce #poverty and promote strong #FoodSystems worldwide.
On #NationalOklahomaDay, meet DFA farmer-owner Paul Ruijne. His family has been milking cows since the early 1800s. In 2018, that Holland-born dairy legacy landed in southwest Oklahoma, where Paul now runs a 3,300-cow dairy built on the promise of always improving.
#WorldFoodSafetyDay is a reminder why pasteurization matters. It helps protect milk produced by our farmer-owners from reducing risks you can’t see, taste, or smell, like E. coli, Salmonella, and Listeria.
The standards are part of why milk remains one of the safest foods today!
On #WorldEnvironmentDay, stories like Jamie Brown’s show what sustainability looks like in practice & how everyday decisions on the farm create meaningful impact.
From upcycling food waste to recycling manure & more, we’re #DFAProud of our farmer-owners’ stewardship in action.
On #NationalCheeseDay, it’s worth looking at why cheese keeps showing up on the table.
52% of Americans call themselves “cheese-obsessed,” reaching for it not just for taste, but for versatility and protein that fits real life. 🧀

What’s cleaner than your house? Maybe the barn — if you’re at DFA farmer-owned El-VI Farms.
DFA farmer-owner Emma Andrew-Swarthout uses smart tech to keep things clean, comfy and 💩-free for the cows.
Because healthy cows make high-quality milk.
What chore would you automate?
Yesterday you showed what dairy really looks like: early mornings, full tables and the moments in between. Behind every photo is work most people don’t see, and the pride of getting it right.
Here’s how #WorldMilkDay showed up. Keep it going. Show us how you #EnjoyDairy all June.
#WorldMilkDay 2026 coincides with the International #YearOfTheWomanFarmer.
Today, we’re raising a glass of 🥛 to DFA farmer-owners like Natasha Stein Sutherland, and the 80 million women moving the global dairy sector forward, including leading more than 37 million farms.
