Thank you our oga at the state..The truth is, i understand how they roll and many of them use burner accounts to troll a lot, so I make sure I block the burner so they can use their main accounts to troll..

Most of their main accounts are verified so, I most times don’t respond to them because they are hustling impression..I starve them the engagement they crave for..They go about tagging me endlessly so I can respond..It pains them to the bone marrow.

The valour of Yoruba women in you has fully blown open. They’ve lionised your gentle heart; now, they are feeling the heat. Perhaps I’m the best supporter you could ever have on this move to ward off trolls.

Let me share some secrets: Twitter trolls are not usually random jerks seeking your attention in a rude way. Most are regular people you might know personally or through this app.

And they don’t operate alone. They exist in two layers. One will approach you with direct slander and insults using a burner account. The other account, which might appear real, will then use your “celebrity status” to gaslight you into making you think you are bigger and shouldn’t respond to the slanderous comments.

That is a tactic to intimidate you and make you more susceptible to their constant bullying. If you don’t talk back at them with greater energy, the harassment will continue. By returning the energy as you are doing now, many of these misbegotten faceless bastards will avoid your account and look for another cowardly person to harass.

I found myself in a similar situation some four years ago. People who would not say anything when trolls from the village insulted me would jump on my “harsh responses” to gaslight me by using the term “Govt official”, while overlooking insulted and unprintable comments from troll accounts.

However, the moment I started challenging them “aura for aura”, those bastards started blocking me even on their troll accounts. Imagine a troll account blocking you? 🤣🤣

My principle is simple: if you approach with courtesy, you will get it in return. But if you want to go mad and I have your time, you will definitely find your match 🤗🤗
