Matilda Brockley, Scottish gold medal winning athlete, says ‘the most rewarding part about being involved in sport is achieving goals.’
Her top tips to encourage women & girls to get involved in sport are:
• enjoy yourself
• challenge yourself
• meet lots of amazing people
Peri Lamont, our award winning D&G Bikeability Coordinator, says
‘The most rewarding part of being involved is seeing all the pupils improving their cycling skills & confidence as the bikeability weeks progress.’
