TUPAC GAVE MASTER P HIS FIRST BIG STAGE! 🤯🔥🐐
Before No Limit became a powerhouse, Master P says Tupac was one of the first major artists to truly believe in him. After the two met through P’s Richmond record store, Pac invited him on the road and eventually gave him the chance to open his concerts.
According to Master P, many people laughed at his Southern style in those early days, but Tupac saw something others didn’t. That opportunity helped put him in front of larger crowds and became a key moment in the journey that eventually led to No Limit Records becoming one of hip-hop’s biggest independent empires.

According to Epps, Snoop immediately connected him with a local contact in Iceland.

Cam’Ron has no doubts.
Cam is convinced that nobody has ever had a bigger impact in New York than Master P, that’s why he tried to build the Dipset brand following his blueprint:
“P had n****s going around buying and wearing fake tank chains and sh*t, it would look like he had 17 new artists dropping every week it was insane, that’s why I tried to build the Dipset brand as he he did with ‘No Limit’”

“I’ve got half a ticket on me, I’m ready to do 3 verses since he said he doesn’t want to go back and forth and I’m cool with that, we do a battle and have Rakim, Kool G Rap and Big Daddy Kane to judge us”
“WE AIN’T GOT REAL OPPORTUNITIES!” 🤯👀😂
Turns out, 50 Cent is the biggest boss.
Gunplay, Rozay’s former artist, believes the biggest difference between 50 Cent and Rick Ross wasn’t their music it was how they treated the artists around them.
Speaking on the “Talks With AJ” podcast, he said 50 used the success of his classic debut album “Get Rich or Die Tryin’” to elevate G-Unit, even when it wasn’t what Interscope Records wanted.
According to Gunplay, Ross instead stayed focused on his own solo run while Triple C’s struggled to receive the budget and support they needed:
“50 Cent took that momentum and used it for his brothers, while we ain’t never get no real opportunities, real production.”
