Sooo I paid @Sony for a 2-Year Extended Warranty + Accidental Damage Protection — directly FROM Sony.
They're telling me the physical damage to my headphone can't qualify for the warranty. I asked for proof of terms so I can know what is included in this supposed EXTENDED policy
