Reviewed the progress of amended #BharatNet projects today with ITI, RVNL and other implementing agencies alongside DBN and @BSNLCorporate officials. These projects cover West Bengal, UP, Rajasthan, Haryana, Bihar, Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar and the North East — some of India’s most challenging terrains.

Issues on the ground were heard and steps taken to ensure smooth resolution.

यदि कोई व्यक्ति अवरुद्ध (ब्लॉक किए गए) मोबाइल हैंडसेट का उपयोग करने का प्रयास करता है, तो उसकी ट्रेसेबिलिटी रिपोर्ट स्वचालित रूप से उस पुलिस थाने को भेज दी जाती है, जहाँ नागरिक द्वारा शिकायत दर्ज कराई गई थी। इसके साथ ही, आवेदक को SMS अलर्ट भी प्राप्त होता है। खोए या चोरी हुए मोबाइल हैंडसेट की बरामदगी के लिए आवेदक संबंधित पुलिस थाने से संपर्क कर सकते हैं।

You may check the status of your device (Blocked, Traced, Unblocked, etc.) online using your CEIR Request ID on the Sanchar Saathi portal at:

If anyone attempts to use a blocked mobile handset, a traceability report is automatically generated and sent to the police station where the complaint was lodged. An SMS alert is also sent to the applicant. For recovery of the lost or stolen mobile handset, please contact the concerned police station.
