The number one giveaway for the quality of a Program is how often they test and what they test.
You can’t hide poor programming if you test athletes on lasers and jump devices daily/weekly.

Everytime we take top singles we aim for a minimum 5lbs PR. After we lock in the PR, we may add more.
But we always lock in a 5lbs minimum.

Failure to plan is planning to fail. We always go over backup plans and potential issues / flexes in morning staff meeting. Not always perfect but try to be ready when possible. The great ones adjust! #Ironspeedchat
