An amazing dinner cooked by my son tonight to support his DoE. Baked gnocchi and chicken in a cream sauce with rocket and balsamic glaze. Totally fantastic. #dukeofedinburgh #homecooking #cookingson #cookingdad

@ShaneJFilomena Cook half diced red onion + caramelise + pinch of sugar, cool. Mix 2x packs of sausage meat with onion +2 x tsp of chill jam/dip, season + mixed herbs. Put mix in the middle of a sheet of puff pastry, roll, cut to size, egg wash. 15m @ 200, then 20 at 180 or until cooked. Enjoy!
