So home late and up with the larks yesterday for a day at Wimbledon,the Tennis was superb, saw both sinner and Djokovic. Also superb was our picnic. Watched the football, between games,on the man seating next to me’s phone then met a few friends by centre Court, overdid the strawberry’s and watched tennis till9.15. Got home just after midnight. And slept like a log. It may be an age thing that was Two great days. 3/3

You know every once in awhile the planets align and life is wonderful. Well I’ve just had a wonderful two days. Tuesday played padel in the afternoon then had a brilliant evening @thelvyclublondon for a sports quiz in support of Emma Warner and what is hopefully her journey to the ParaOlympic Games in Los Angeles.

This time last year, during the 2024 General Election campaign, I visited the Ipswich Family Bank. The volunteers' dedication and compassion completely blew me away.

I made a promise that I'd do what I can to support them - whatever the outcome of the election.

8/8 Since retiring from his sporting career, which also included football and motor racing, Daley has dedicated himself to promoting accessible exercise, sport, and fitness for disadvantaged children.
He has volunteered his time and served as an ambassador for numerous charities, helping to raise hundreds of thousands of pounds for causes including @rockinghorse67, @starrtrust, @macmillancancer and the Steve Waugh Foundation.

We are looking forward to seeing Daley’s continued adventure in the @BBUK house!
