Imagine having to spend over 7 hours on the phone and still not having a fully functioning device, and no offer to send a replacement. Senior support ghosting me, then failing at every step to do what they say they are going to do. @AppleSupport

I have tried for three months to get an Airpods Pro Applecare issue sorted. Three senior support agents have been involved in a basic issue, and @Apple continues to drop the ball. The support I have received has been nothing short of appalling. 7+ hours on th phone and counting.

At every step, I have been left hanging and in some cases the support agents have been downright inappropriate. I am utterly shocked by the whole process. Applecare is supposed to give you peace of mind, but it has turned into a farce. @AppleSupport.
