I spent 3 hours giving someone my best ideas for free.
A week later: "I don't think it's going to work."
They hadn't even tried.
People don't implement what they don't pay for.
Free advice isn't generous. It's worthless to the person receiving it.
First business in high school.
First million at 27.
I didn't come from money.
I conditioned my psychology. I refused to think like a poor person even when I had nothing.
The thinking came before the results.
The gap between you and a billionaire isn't money.
It's thinking.
Billionaires don't fear losing $20k.
That anxiety is exactly what blocks more from coming in.
You can't create abundance from scarcity.
Ask 100 people what it takes to become a millionaire.
Most will say luck. Rich parents. Timing.
That belief is exactly why they stay broke.
Wealth is a skillset. Not a birthright.
Cheap is bad.
Vanilla is worse.
At least cheap is a position.
Vanilla means nobody remembers you exist.
Expensive and damn good -- that's the only reputation worth building.
Low prices don't save your clients money.
They just move the cost somewhere else.
When the margin isn't built in, you start nickel and diming. They feel it. They resent it.
Charge enough to actually deliver.
Your offer doesn’t need to be perfect.
It needs proof.
First clients:
Free → results → testimonials
Then raise prices.
No proof = no business.
