No answers are offered by the film makers. There's no commentary. Everything speaks for itself. Masses of previously unseen footage.
Especially around 12 minutes in when we, literally, get a different angle on Kier Starmer's photo-op visit to Southport caught on local peoples' phone cameras and not sanitised by news editors.
I was stunned to see this the jaw-dropping moment when everything changed as anger erupted among the small crowd of frightened broken grieving families, friends and neighbours of the victims when confronted by his evident contempt for the public.
