@LeivaOrly@IM_Crit_ Thanks for your reply. From what I can tell in optimacc, the average HR was quite high in epi group and looks like most patients had LV systolic dysfunction. Not sure we can say with certainty that epi would be harmful in RV failure with HR of 60 based on that trial.
@NephroP@OrenFriedman Does it matter in your opinion that we are measuring slightly different things here? I.e. E/e' used to estimate *LAP* whereas your post using AR is estimating *LVEDP* ?
