The 5-point subway safety plan to increase law enforcement and ban those who have committed violent felonies from riding the subways is harmful and a direct attack against Black and Brown riders. We need to invest in real solutions to violence like affordable housing, mental health treatment, alternatives to incarceration, and support for survivors. @GovKathyHochul, DO BETTER.
