Resident Evil Requiem - Solid 8.5/10

A *must-play* for Resident Evil fans

If you haven't played the recent RE games, DO IT! It's one of the best franchises of our generation.

RE2:Remake, RE3:REMAKE, RE4:REMAKE, RE7 and RE8... play all of those. The rest can be skipped for now

Just beat Ghost of Yotei on the hardest difficulty (lethal)

~50 hours

This easily one of the best games of all time.

The writing. Music. Gameplay. Voice Acting. Very little could have been done to make this game any better than it already is.

What a journey

DK:B is a fun game but gdamn does the lack of variety 10 hours in.

Missed opportunity: they should have leaned into metrodvania a bit, and made for backtracking as you unlock skills
