The feds didn’t speak to or subpoena Les Wexner, Leon Black or Jes Staley. They don’t appear to have interviewed anyone at JPMorgan about its 15-year relationship. They concluded that Deutsche Bank was not guilty before interviewing key employees. https://t.co/OczOfbV5Qa

An update on this story. Dr. Ting of Mt. Sinai initially said that he was not in the photo. After inquires from the NYT, the DOJ posted a new version of the photo, which appears to show Dr. Ting. He declined to comment on the new version of the photo. https://t.co/sexqlSdICA
