Big congratulations to Prime Minister Philip “Brave” Davis and the PLP on the re-election, historic stuff, first back-to-back term in nearly 30 years. The people have spoken and they spoke loud. 🇧🇸
Every time I land in The Bahamas I’m reminded why I love this place so much. The warmth, the spirit, the pride, it’s something else. And a huge part of that is the leadership. Brave is the real deal.
Here with my son Cassius on our last visit, genuinely one of the best trips. Got to spend some time with the PM and see what’s being built out there, including the Bahamas Boxing Academy. As someone who owes everything to this sport, seeing the government and @boxwisefoundation put real money and real belief behind young boxers means a lot. I’ll be back and I’ll be getting involved.
This won’t be my last trip. Not by a long shot. 🥊🌊

@JohnHann04 You’re in the 15-20% of sensible people who see reality for what it is! You’ll get some weak backlash from the Karan’s of the world, but that just confirms you’re seeing sense!!💥
Something more lighthearted….are you team Adam Thomas or Team David Haye in the great “I’m a Celebrity get me out of here” uproar. I nail my colours firmly to the mast. I’m on @davidhaye ‘s side. Why? Because although I only saw highlights after the event, from what I could see it was simply a bit of mild piss taking, banter, some gentle mockery….which everyone has dressed up as vicious bullying. Bullshit. You wanna see the things me and my mates say and DO to each other. It’s what proper men and proper mates do, at least in Britain where we’ve elevated sarcasm and piss taking to an art form. Thomas has nothing to whinge about. He won, he’s gonna make a fortune, stop being such a pussy!!
Chilling in @sunvalleycyprus when this banger landed. Turned my Adam Thomas reply to an R&B banger!
Primary school banter has officially graduated. Hit play, stay till the end. 🎶
Should I do all my responses as songs from now on? 🤔 thanks @kat_d_executor
I’m a celebrity 2026 caused a stir! My take on the winner, and the soft public validating weak behaviour. Shout out to the stunning Sun Valley Cyprus 💥😎💥
@LeilaniDowding It’s interesting who gets triggered by hearing this obvious truth. Glad you’re keeping it 100% authentic. Many girls feel pressured to wade in on a point that actually is a compliment to them! 🤣🤯
@LeilaniDowding You’re a small minority of chick, who isnt instantly triggered by this truth. It’s very interesting who sits on what side of this reality!
I hope you’re still winning hun 💥🎉🔥
🔥 HEATED debate on This Morning with David Haye going head-to-head with Ben Shephard over his controversial “ugly girls” comments from I’m a Celebrity.
David doubled down hard, saying: “It’s the truth – ugly girls have better personalities than beautiful super models.”
Ben pushed back, asking if he understands why people are offended by it.
Haye wasn’t having any of it: “Everyone’s looking for something to be offended by these days.”
He then laid out his theory: “If you get 100 beautiful girls and 100 ugly girls and put them in the dark, the ugly girls will have a better personality because they’ve had to develop it.”
Ben hit him with the big question: “Who made you the arbiter of what’s beautiful and what’s ugly?”
David stood firm: “So many people tell me I’m right, but it’s not politically correct to say it.”
Ben kept pressing: “Do you realise it’s offensive to people?”
Haye fired back: “Everything is offensive to people. If you try and keep everyone happy you can’t say a word.”
Meanwhile, the one woman on the sofa, Cat Deeley, just sat there laughing and didn’t seem too offended by what David was saying.
Great debate, awkward, blunt, and zero pandering to political correctness.
I’m having some fun with this stuff! 🤣 it’s always a pressure to chat with @benshephard & @catdeeley talking all things Jungle bullying and
Ugly duckling syndrome https://t.co/fGrdA3bW4p via @YouTube

What a way to celebrate my beautiful Siân’s birthday. Sun shining all day, paradise doing what paradise does best.
To make the day even more memorable, Prime Minister of Bahamas Philip “Brave” Davis joined us. 🔥
Sitting and listening to his stories, from humble “bare-foot” beginnings to leading his country, you can see exactly why the real Bahamian people love and support him so much. What a man.
We got talking about the new ‘Bahamas Boxing Academy’ and the great work @BoxWiseFDN is doing for young people out here. Boxing gave me everything, so seeing it used to create opportunities for the next generation in the Caribbean hits different.
Pierre hosted us for the most incredible afternoon lunch and dinner, and his amazing Bahamian chef really made things extra special. The food, the company, the setting, everything was perfect.
A birthday to remember. Grateful for the people, the place, and days like this. 🇧🇸☀️🥊❤️ @bravedavis
