Transparency update on ASAT Shake.

We found a reward-flow abuse where some accounts were forcing the Treasury to pay Solana wallet initialization rent repeatedly.

This was not a private-key issue.
This was not an ASAT token issue.
It was a Shake payout design issue.

What happened:
some wallets could receive ASAT rewards, close their ASAT token account after claiming, then force the Treasury to initialize it again later.

We paused Shake, audited the flow, and fixed it.

ASAT Shake is now back and functional with stronger protection:

* Shake no longer creates token accounts during hourly claims
* wallets initialize once before claiming
* closing the ASAT token account after claiming gets blocked
* X accounts need a profile picture, 2+ posts, and followers
* stronger audit, reconciliation, and anti-farm checks are live
