This is the moment a customer busted two @Shell workers running the screw scam to charge gas to other customers.
He told them straight: take the screws out or I’m ruining your entire company.
I’m so sick of people coming to America just to scam hard-working citizens. Deport every single one running these street-level cons.
🚨🇮🇱 Thomas Massie CONFIRMS Israel used NAPALM on the USS Liberty.
34 Americans were burned alive, skin boiling from their bodies, after the IDF dropped Napalm on the unarmed ship.
He confirmed this yesterday in the U.S. Congress.
@giveashitnature At the summer camp I went to, the bottom of the bunk bed above mine, and all the others, were always full of daddy long legs just hanging there, upside down, hundreds of them. They never bothered anybody.
Right now, the hummingbird at your feeder is often a female running herself ragged. This is nesting season, and she's doing all of it alone.
She built a nest the size of a golf ball from plant down and spider silk, using the silk so the cup stretches as the chicks grow, then shingled the outside with lichen for camouflage.
After that she started hunting, because baby hummingbirds aren't raised on sugar water. They're raised on bugs.
Rutgers puts it at up to 2,000 insects and spiders a female may catch over a breeding season, mashed up and fed to her young for protein. Nectar is the fuel. Insects provide much of the protein and nutrients needed to raise chicks.
So if you want to help her this month, three things.
1. Plant native. Tubular red and orange flowers like coral honeysuckle, cardinal flower, and bee balm bring the nectar, and the native plants bring the small insects she needs for the chicks. Native plants generally support far more of the insects and spiders hummingbirds need than most exotic ornamentals.
2. Put the pesticide down. Spray the yard and you erase the protein her chicks run on, along with the spiders whose silk is holding the nest together.
3. If you keep a feeder, one part white sugar to four parts water, nothing else. No red dye, which does nothing for the bird. Never use honey, which can promote dangerous fungal and bacterial growth in feeders.
And one more thing: In June heat, that sugar water ferments fast, so empty it, scrub it in hot water, and refill every couple of days, not once a week.
59 years ago today, Israel attacked the USS Liberty in international waters. 34 crew members were killed and 174 were wounded by the IDF.
Today, I spoke on the House floor to honor the fallen and to recognize the survivors who were present in the gallery.
Emmett ISD announces Black Canyon Middle/High School is rebranding to True North Prep. True North’s purpose is to rehabilitate and lobotomize struggling students.
@pagelsfolife@baroncoleman What kind of lame group are they if they are just now asking Grok for advice on how to be effective? Also, Gary has done everything that Grok says NOT to do LOL
@Rainmaker1973 Where the is noise there is vibration which animals are much more sensitive to than humans. To even consider this next to a zoo is beyond comprehension.
@Rainmaker1973 The animals are trapped so they'd be exposed to the constant noise and lights 24/7. What a horrible way to exist. This should never be approved.
The Nashville Zoo has launched a public campaign to block construction of a proposed 69,000-square-foot AI data center that would sit directly adjacent to habitats for endangered animals, including vulnerable clouded leopards.
Zoo officials warn that the facility’s constant noise, bright artificial lighting, and electrical hum could seriously disrupt animal behavior, stress levels, and long-established breeding programs. The zoo is home to more than 3,700 animals representing over 350 species and maintains one of the most important collections of rare and endangered wildlife in the United States.
This conflict highlights a growing backlash against the rapid expansion of data centers driven by the AI boom. These facilities require massive amounts of electricity and operate 24 hours a day, prompting communities nationwide to raise concerns about energy consumption, water use, noise pollution, and environmental impacts. Wildlife conservation groups are now joining the resistance.
More than 180,000 people have already signed a petition opposing the project.
The developer behind the data center states that it will use waterless cooling systems, meet all local noise regulations, and comply with environmental standards. However, zoo leaders argue that the location itself, immediately next to sensitive animal habitats, makes the project unacceptable regardless of technical mitigations.
The dispute underscores a broader challenge of the AI era: how to build the vast digital infrastructure needed for artificial intelligence without placing undue pressure on local communities, ecosystems, and wildlife.
TITLE XI SEC. 622: “Intelligence sharing and related security exchanges with Israel SHALL NOT be suspended, reduced, or otherwise materially limited.”
This is TREASON. I’m not being hyperbolic. This is blatant TREASON.
🚨 WOW! Erin Brockovich completely destroys the AI data center narrative. She confirms these massive facilities emit a non-stop, 24/7 deafening noise that is literally driving local residents crazy!
She exposes the total lack of environmental oversight. Pure corruption!
