Pathetic situation!

My flight from Kolkata to Delhi (SG 193) got delayed for 4 hours. We're stranded at the airport with no further information, no assistance from the crew. Spicejet attendants have run away, shameful service provided by a top airline.

@Uber_India There hasn't been any update on my grieving whatsoever. How casual can @Uber_India be regarding a situation this critical? When you can't solve one single grievance how can you assure the safety of a passenger?

@Uber_India My mother recently took an uber auto with her friend. The driver was extremely arrogant. My mother requested him to avoid a route via a slum area, since it's unsafe. He deliberately took them via that route and started hurling abusive words.

My mother being an elderly woman was traumatized. He even charged them more, literally shouted on them. They were harrassed by the guy and feel scared to even book an uber going forward.
