I’m 20 years old, still a university student.

Before this dispute, I was one of the top 10 YES holders in the Polymarket MicroStrategy market. I lost around 35,000 USDC because I trusted the written rule.

The rule said YES if MicroStrategy sold Bitcoin by May 31.

It did not say the sale had to be publicly disclosed by May 31.

That is the whole issue.

⚠️ Be Careful When Using @Rabby_io

2 days ago, I lost $1,000 while swapping tokens using Rabby Wallet due to a wrong route execution. i’ve been using Rabby for swaps for over a year, sometime had some problem but small.

Here’s what happened:

I swapped 0.35 ETH (~$1,400) to $baseshake on Base chain. The UI showed the best route as KyberSwap with ~5% slippage - i didn’t change anything. But after confirming, the swap executed through OpenOcean with 67% slippage, and I only received around $500 worth of tokens.

I swapped $baseshake on Rabby 2–3 times before this event with no problem. But this time, the route changed without any notice.

I contacted Rabby support, but they simply replied that nothing was wrong with their product - no accountability, no help. My follow-up message was seen but never replied to.

1k is not much but imagine if this happens to someone swapping $50k or $100k - it could ruin lives.

People trust Rabby because of its UI and convenience, but this kind of issue is serious and dangerous and the customer service is disaster.

I wasn’t planning to post this publicly if I had received a proper answer from Rabby support - but unfortunately, I didn’t. So i'm writing this to remind pp be careful when using Rabby.

I will never use it again.

Celsius Network has officially sued me and thousands of innocent users in New York courts this week. Every single person & entity in crypto needs to be fighting alongside us against this bs. Because if we lose, it will affect every user of a cex.

We are every day people who used the platform as normal, not insiders, not bad actors, and because we happened to take our money off the platform 90 days before they declared bankruptcy they are trying to clawback all those funds plus more because they are suing for June 14, 2024 market rates, not 2022 rates. WTF!!

They are asking for outrageous sums of money, basically my entire net worth is what I'm being sued for, for doing absolutely nothing wrong.

At first I thought this was a scam and then some shakedown, but now that the suit is actually filed, I have to spend thousands to retain an attorney.

In addition, they have more than doubled the amount of money they are suing for because they changed the ask to current pricing of btc/eth vs originally asking for 2022 pricing. They are causing emotional turmoil, because they can. It's insanity.

The lawyers say they are going to give the money to other users of the platform and spread it around, but that's a fucking joke, those folks will get fractions of a penny on the dollar. All of this money will go into pockets of lawyers. This lawsuit will destroy the lives of thousands of innocent people.

Everyone in the industry needs to unite against this. We need to get this case tossed. @cobie
