Not always. Poor quality code AND experienced devs existed before AI, and people who know what they are doing and care about their craft will continue using their knowledge and experience, just leveraging with AI.

Everyone talking about this recomp calling it slop likely haven't even looked at the code, nor have the intelligence to read it any way - assuming it's all slop is just as lazy.
