@Anah_Grajeda @abc15 I've witnessed 2 female officers push a person who is Deaf to the ground, Luckily the street was blacktop vs. cement. Even so, the woman had to be taken to the burn center hospital in Phoenix as a result of tbeing unnecessarily hurt. A serious head injury could have resulted.
