The slop. The brain rot. I can imagine a feature and one shot it with claude code. The ease is addicting. When the path is unclear slop is the result. Stop. Think. Plan. Only then should you execute.
@kloss_xyz Kinda reads like “how to become a competent software engineer”. Couldent agree more. Need try that learn mode. Always be learning! Part of the reason I have not ditched cursor for claude code completely is that some times you just need to get a grasp on what is being done.
@CMDRVALTHOR “I was a master chemist in school” - some guy
NaF
Just like when you boil salt water, NaCl you release the dangerous chlorine. 🙄
I dont want to drink Florine but come on, salts dont work like that master chemist.
I feel this. It’s a brain drain with the polarizing content. I worry unregretted hours might not compete tho but its the right thing to do. Some times you may just want to be entertained. Could that be something in the power of the user. Like learn mode, news mode, and fun mode ?
This is completely crazy, the whole video was created with Sora. And it looks like a report from a TV programme. We've done it, AI films are now a reality and they look 100% real.
I had a great time chatting with three of Anthropic's top prompt engineers: @AmandaAskell, @zswitten, and @DavidSHershey.
We covered a few topics like:
- what makes a good prompt engineer
- practical tips for writing better prompts
- what's happening inside an LLM
- jailbreaks
- the future of prompt engineering
- and more
If you want to understand how we think about prompt engineering, this may be the best resource out there.
Here's the entire one hour and sixteen minutes of our conversation. Enjoy!
@david_a_thigpen@mustafabudalu@hernandoabella Also 100m at 4% interest makes you 4m per year alone. You’ll have 100m and more income from capital gains. Maybe some tax free muni bonds? Ill just pay people to code forever me.
