@Bennykicker88 @GovSisolak without football and athletics in general I would be down a completely wrong path. In a single mom house hold my mom has put me in the best situations and makes miracles to allow me to put my all into this sport. I can speak for tons of athletes with a similar story.

I don’t think the governor understand how much high school athletics helps out kids. It’s more than just a sport. It keeps kids in school, keeps their grades high, keeps them out of trouble. There is more to high school athletics than most people understand or think about.

@GovSisolak NOT A LEADER. Leaders make tough decisions. They don’t keep passing those decisions down the hill. Not sure how 1000s of student athletes are being ignored. I thought he had an education background. Education is not all about core subjects.

I've been silent on Sisolak's handling of prep sports because I'm not particularly informed on the nuance.

That said, stating the focus is on getting kids into the classroom, when many already are, and practices supposed to start Saturday, is lazy at best, negligent at worst.
