@Strickomaster As a school-wide initiative, I can’t see a point. Expensive and damaging.
I have seen it used at classroom level used effectively. Update the sticker with the latest grade, followed by clear next steps. The competition and sense of achievement can be a great incentive.

Especially as the alternative approach isn’t immediately obvious without considered thought and investment of time.
@missdcox I’m not sure the distinction is entirely helpful unless perhaps to indicate an end-point to learning… which in itself is a premise that we could reject.
All assessment leads to another step.
