Agree. Very similar experience with ICICI Fastag. When you call its just music for next 30min. @ICICIBank_Care@ICICIBank@FASTag_NETC. Fastag ads everywhere but no after sales service. Sad story.
If supposed 'customer service' oriented companies diverted half their ad spends to upgrading their service processes and people, they would do better biz. Uniformly sad experiences with @LGIndia@EurekaForbes@TataSky over last six months
@ICICIBank_Care your Fastag customer care doesn't receive calls. 23 calls since Dec 13th 2019. Online portal has no TAT defined for disputes. What should customer do or like banks should write off the amount.
