It’s our responsibility to serve the people of this county, not limit their rights or speech and surely not evade valid questions and concerns. We must demand better for Fort Bend.
Last Thursday, Interim Judge Wong and his right-wing political handlers put Fort Bend residents at serious risk with legally questionable policies. Our community deserves better and we must demand better.
Fort Bend deserves a leader who they can trust, not one who works behind closed doors, leaving residents in the dark.
I can't believe it's been a week since runoff Election Day. That day was more than just about visiting polls and celebrating results with all of you, it was also about the days and weeks leading up to it. We wouldn't have made it to May 26th without the hundreds of phone calls, doors knocked, and countless of hours spent in support of moving Fort Bend into a better future.
So as always, and truly from the bottom of my heart, thank you Fort Bend. Now, we move onto November. So, take a breath, get ready, and let's go make a difference🧡
100+ friends & leaders joined AADT in Fort Bend, celebrating #AAPI Heritage Month
AAPIs are the fastest-growing communities in TX, with 2.3+ million. While May may be coming to a close, our work to uplift AAPI voices & expand representation continues year-round.

We did it, and I say we because I could not have done this without all of you. I couldn't have won without everyone who volunteered, made calls, knocked on doors, and spread the word that a brighter future is coming to Fort Bend.
Thank you to everyone who supported me, who showed out, who made their voice heard, and who voted for a better Fort Bend.
The fight isn't over yet, and we're ready to keep going, to keep pushing, and to keep fighting for you. Let's go!
People get us mixed up a lot, but no, we're not the same person.
*We both* need your vote this week!
Vote @CDMenefee for TX-18!
Vote Commissioner Dexter McCoy for Fort Bend County Judge!
Early voting is open NOW until this Friday, May 22.
Election Day is May 26.
Go vote!
A politically connected congressional candidate should not be handed a taxpayer-funded position outside the normal county hiring process. Interim County Judge Wong, himself appointed by a partisan judge, is diverting $100k in public funds to create a political patronage job rather than conducting a transparent and competitive hiring process on behalf of Fort Bend taxpayers. Proud to be the sole vote against this contract today. Residents are tired of shady backroom deals and I will continue to ask questions on behalf of our residents.
In case you missed it, there’s some more bullshit happening over in Fort Bend County around the County Judge seat.
Daniel Wong, the unelected MAGA-appointed interim Fort Bend County Judge who is ALSO on the ballot this November, was picked… not by voters or even leadership… but by a visiting Republican judge.
James Talarico knows what’s at stake for Texas and that’s why he’s endorsing Dexter McCoy for Fort Bend County Judge. Join the movement and vote for Dexter in the runoff.
Early Voting: May 18th-May 22nd
Election Day: May 26th
This isn't just about politics, it's about doing what's right. It's about making sure every voice is heard and fighting for the people of this county. Join me in this fight for a better future for Fort Bend 💪🏾
