Thursday’s Dragon of the Day was Jaymar Oden. He was a demon on the ropes and really pushed himself and his teammates. Great job young man.

Dragon of the Day for Tuesday - Jamier Smith! Brought big time energy to the weight room. He set the tone all day.

Dragon of the Day on Tuesday was Roman Cubito. He hit 275 x 6 at the end of leg day, at 130 pounds! The guys are getting after it in the weight room!

Major props to Armon Tharpe for being Dragon of the Day on Tuesday. He was a maniac on the squat rack and brought energy to the group all day. Great job young man!
