For the past several months, @Airwallex has been the subject of false allegations originating with a board member of a direct competitor that include wild conspiracy theories about me. Today I am responding directly with facts and an independent security assessment that speaks for itself.
I also want to use this moment to introduce Airwallex properly. We are a decade into building financial infrastructure that gives American businesses the ability to compete and win globally. That work continues.
I was born in China. I arrived in Melbourne at fifteen with little English and no safety net. Australia gave me the education, the opportunity, and the freedom to build something. The United States represents that same promise, perhaps more powerfully than anywhere else on earth. We plan to keep building here.

Well everything I learned about values - and that led to how I think about our values at Culture Amp and how I think about them personally, I learnt from Greta Bradman.
Something I've been working on for many years is now public knowledge! Welcome @EstherPerel to @CultureAmp. Excited to continue this amazing partnership together.
🧫 @CultureAmp is an X-Ray machine for your company culture.
I don't know how anyone running a 20+ person company could make people decisions without it.
Today is the global celebration of generosity #GivingTuesday. As a values-driven company, we are proud to be a @PledgeOne member and join companies around the world to have an impact with our commitment. Learn more about our mission and values here: https://t.co/KbCRRKepGV
In honour of graduating high school 25 years ago, I created a playlist of songs from that era in Australia (92-97). Scoured tripleJ hottest 100s, charts, old tapes & CDs. Let me know what you liked or what I missed! https://t.co/qRHbpgXDwe
@nikiscevak@awxjack FWIW Canva & Atlassian's NPS would be pretty high. Top 10% companies (which I would suspect both are) would be 50+ on an eNPS score and/or 90%+ on a favourability score.
@nikiscevak@awxjack@awxjack eNPS isn't as predictive as NPS is for customer -> revenue but still useful. Correlation of engagement broadly with business outcome is high (happy to share research). eNPS is not bad but nuance in using it as an employee question.
After 8 huge years, today is my last day at @buildkite! I’ll be taking a few months off to recharge, spend time with my family, support @canarycarla’s business, and explore something new.
Some goals are what I call Big Threes. To get them done, they need to be a top-three priority for three years. Moving to cloud. Going to SaaS. Launching your second product. Recognize that they exist. Remember how hard they are. Don't sign up for too many.
