Hello from a social media detox. I did this one a little differently. I didn’t go cold turkey or delete apps or change passwords, nada. I just decided to be disciplined, dispassionate and dissociative. And it has stuck.

Back from a welcome few days in Cornwall. Forgot phone charger. Decided to see it as a needed digital detox and concentrated on recharging my own batteries. Would truly recommend. Putting in some clearer boundaries too…wish me luck!
