@Etsy I verified my identity, but my shop still hasn’t been reinstated. You say it won’t be reopened, but I did not violate any policy. Sellers invest a great deal of time and effort into building their shops and making sales. Please help and review my case

@Etsy My payment was declined twice while trying to purchase mockups for my shop, and the page closed during checkout. Because I urgently needed the mockups, I completed the purchase using another buyer account. Both accounts were suspended.
