If you were to tell your younger self mid 20s my age. What’s the best serious piece of advice you’d have. Business and outside of business what would it be and why?
What was your number 1 hurdle in growing Ringba? How did you overcome it?
What should you have done differently to prevent it from flat lining?
When you launched Ringba, what were the most important avenues you took to take it from $100k/m to $1m/m and beyond?

Something we have been working through a lot is when is process beneficial v. It becomes too much and slows down innovation.
Teams. We would recognize a problem and add more process to fix the issue(s). Then we lifted our heads go and looked at the whiteboard and said… fuck. We have too much process.
So what I’m looking for is experience sharing around what happened when you saw this, what you did, and what did and didn’t work.
