@TurkishAirlines I am a Turkish citizen and have flown almost exclusively with Turkish Airlines my entire life. Even when other airlines were cheaper, because I believed in the service, values and hospitality of TK.
On my recent IST–BOG long-haul flight, I was served last at both meal services and had no choice left at all, despite raising the issue politely after the first service.
This comes after a previous flight last year where my checked baggage was left behind in Bogotá and only delivered later.
What is most disappointing is not that problems happened, but that after multiple contacts, customer service responded only with copy-paste replies, denied any issue and offered zero goodwill.
For an airline positioning itself as premium and relying heavily on customer loyalty, this handling is deeply disappointing.
Loyalty should mean something. Being a lifelong customer and Turkish citizen, I expected at least acknowledgment or basic goodwill, not repeated scripted responses. This experience seriously changed my perception of Turkish Airlines.
