COMRADES 🫡
I want to take a moment to speak honestly with all of you.
A lot of people look back at SOLBISCUIT and only remember the success, but it’s important to remember the circumstances too. The market was stronger, liquidity was flowing, and it was something fresh. Some people rode the hype surrounding the Year of the Horse narrative, but the reality is that the attention and interactions we received from Toly and others came because SOLBISCUIT was a meme that hadn’t been done before. It stood out.
Today, the market is very different. Most of what launches is recycled. The same ideas, the same narratives, the same plays over and over again. But COMRADES is different. COMRADES is still a narrative that hasn’t reached its potential. It hasn’t had its run yet. The opportunity is still here.
The truth is, this market has gotten the better of many of us. Motivation levels aren’t always the same. Energy isn’t always the same. That’s normal. But what matters is that we’re still here.
We continue showing up every day. We continue building every day. We continue believing every day. That’s what separates real teams and real communities from the thousands of projects that disappear the moment things get difficult.
This rough market won’t last forever. Every cycle eventually changes. Sentiment changes. Liquidity returns. Narratives rotate. When that happens, the projects that survived and kept building are the ones that benefit the most.
That’s why I genuinely believe some of the best opportunities right now are projects with committed teams and communities that still show up every day despite the conditions. Cheap supply doesn’t stay cheap forever when conviction remains strong.
Many people ask about Toly and COMRADES. Remember, Toly is tied closely to $BURNIE, and because of that there is already a natural connection between BURNIE and $COMRADES. Maybe he isn’t directly interacting right now, and that’s fine. Eventually the BURNIE hype will cool down, and I have no doubt that Toly would love to see a true COMRADES runner on Solana.
But here’s the important part. We cannot rely on anyone else. Not Toly. Not influencers. Not whales. Not luck.
We build regardless.
If support comes, great. If it doesn’t, we keep moving forward anyway. Because that’s what builders do. We have a strong team. We have a proven track record. We have experience. We have survived conditions that have broken countless other projects.
People know us as builders, and that’s exactly what we will continue to be. Most importantly, we stay united. We stay together. We support one another. We keep the culture alive. Because that’s what COMRADES do.
The market may test us, but it does not define us. The projects that make history are often the ones that survived when nobody believed they could.
Stay strong. Stay active. Stay united. Keep accumulating conviction.
And let’s continue building until the market catches up with what we’ve been creating all along.
COMRADES together. Always. 🫡
