@YouTube @YouTubeCreators hello I received a copy right strike on one of my videos and I belive it's not a valid strike. We did a product review and showed the companies logo for 3 seconds in a 30 second plus youtube short. Would this not be an abuse of the strike system?

@TeamYouTube Yes I plan to get a retraction on the claim but before that i wanted to see if you can confirm that's even worth a copy right strike on my channel? I don't want to put a claim in then youtube delete my page because of it.

@YouTube @YouTubeCreators Other than the 3 seconds all the content in the video is our own and even over the 3 seconds we are talking/reviewing the product. This seems more of an abuse of the strike system rather than a just stike.
