@Oli_Ward16 move on. Same for Hawkes shouts. Got to aim higher than players not deemed good enough for a 10th place L2 team. Look to the National League and players on the way up.
@EthanHoijord3 pretty sure it was when Dawes got the job that he interviewed and was available. There wasn't really a debate when Adkins took over as he was already in the building. Although our form during his interim spell was very poor.
And to think people didn't want this fella at Tranmere when we had the chance just because he says it how it is. A holistic view of the club is what we need from the next Owner, DoF and Manager at #TRFC whoever they may be.
"Getting in to the play-offs makes it a sort of definitive milestone but we've got plenty more to learn & to grow as we're nowhere near where we need to be.
"I want more for this club. We've now seen the women's and youth team do well, it's not just about the men's side.
@ATTTMPod Watched from Vietnam. Frustrating because we did okay but lack cutting edge and can't keep a clean sheet. Joseph weak for 1st, Brough worse for 2nd. Bristow MOM. Looked worse when Woolery and Obiero went off. It's going to the wire isn't it? π«£
@_Unknown_D_ Not an excuse; but the reality in hospitality and retail is that non management roles are not full time for the most part, so you earn more by the hours you do rather than per hour. Absolutely wrong, but nothing new unfortunately.
@Doyleyy98@ZaaanderSmith Tbf, Warrington and Ironside weren't getting a game before they joined us and Omari Patrick has had the best output of his career with us. The biggest issue right now seems to be attitude, although plenty on a downward trajectory.
@TROSC_TRFC Fair play. But read - rather than being accountable to heavily vetted questions I will write a statement with misleading statistics and a heavy dose of gaslighting. It shows that the communication of the early Palios years was merely performative and the contempt now is genuine.
@Lee_TRFC Tbf if Palios had given him the dough to sign a proper Vaughan replacement than January we would have gone up. Instead we got David Nugent on his last legs on loan.
@MattyRobbo24@TheLeonKearney Have you not seen Tranmere Rovers?! Bromley are one of the best L2 teams I've seen this season based on the reasons you've given.
Whatever ppl think of Mellonball aesthetically; he knows how to set a team up to defend. It's a lot easier to pick up points if you only need to score 1 or 2.

@DaveCooper1996 Even then, compare the turnover of Everton vs Tottenham. It's light years apart. Big money comes for southern teams - Brighton, Brentford and Bournemouth etc. The only North-West (English) EFL club with big investment in recent years is Stockport, a definite outlier.
FT editorial: the constant sacking of football head coaches (wrongly still called "managers") illustrates how badly most clubs are run. Clubs and fans need to realise that the head coach isn't very important. Recruitment (= transfers) matters much more https://t.co/ifhSFaerqC
@bigdikky5@ATTTMPod Great thread, difficult not to agree with most, if not all. I do think Connor Jennings is still our best link player between midfield and attack. But once again, it's a sign of how poorly we've recruited.
