Women should never feel violated or unsafe in restrooms. This is a real issue and it needs to be addressed.

A simple solution: a federal law that says biological males cannot enter biological female private spaces, and vice-versa.

Businesses could also have the option to create private facilities for trans individuals. But if they do not, people must use the restroom that matches their biological sex.

This protects women’s safety and privacy while still offering reasonable accommodations.

I “transitioned “ over thirty years ago and have navigated the mens world with ZERO problems. Why? Because I do not make myself seen or heard. Never an issue.
