What an incredible experience at the Queen City Classic watching the Gotham FC take on the Washington Spirit in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) at Citi Field, home of the New York Mets

My family and I had the best time cheering on these remarkable women. They are more than exceptional athletes—they are powerful role models who inspire the next generation to dream bigger, work harder, and believe in themselves.

A special thank you to Jessica Berman Berman for helping make these unforgettable memories possible. Your leadership, along with the incredible growth of the NWSL, is creating opportunities that extend far beyond the pitch.

One of the things I admire most about this league is its impact on the communities it serves. As I’ve always believed, it’s never just about sport. It’s about bringing people together, building community, making lasting memories, creating opportunity, and inspiring young people to see what’s possible through the example of strong, talented, determined women.

Here’s to watching these athletes continue to soar and inspire countless girls and boys along the way. ⚽💙

Heading to Citi Field Stadium, NYC, to cheer on the Washington Spirit , as they take on Gotham FC tonight!

There’s nothing better than game day—especially getting to support the Spirit in person. As a minority owner, it’s always incredibly special to be with this amazing team, and I love sharing that experience with my kids so they can feel the energy, passion, and excitement of women’s sports firsthand.

If you’re watching, keep an eye out—I’ll be interviewed on ESPN during the second half. Can’t wait for an electric match and an unforgettable night with Spirit fans. Let’s go, Spirit! 💛⚽️

What an amazing time in Miami this weekend watching England defeat Norway 2-1 in the FIFA World Cup quarterfinals! The atmosphere was absolutely incredible. Miami was the perfect host city, the fans were passionate (and hilarious!), and the energy inside the stadium was electric.

One of the things I love most about the World Cup is how it brings the entire world together, much like the Olympic Games. There’s something truly special about seeing athletes represent their countries on the biggest stage. I’ll always be proud of having had the honor of wearing Team USA across three Olympic Games and experiencing that feeling firsthand.

With the final four now set, who do you have winning it all? ⚽🏆🌍

I love getting into Wimbledon every year. There’s nothing quite like the tradition, the atmosphere, and the incredible level of play.

I can’t wait to cheer on my fellow Americans, especially, Serena and Venus Williams, Ben Shelton and “Big Foe”, Francis Tiafoe!

As a gymnast, I’m always amazed by the movement, balance, footwork, and controlled sliding on the grass. It’s a great reminder of why I believe gymnastics is the ultimate foundation for so many sports ! 🎾🇺🇸 🤸

What an incredible honor it was to deliver the commencement speech at Spalding University in Louisville this past weekend.

I pray that my words, my experiences as an Olympic gymnast, wife, mother of four, and entrepreneur resonated deeply with these newly minted graduates as they step into their next chapter.

I also shared part of my faith journey and reminded them of something I truly believe: we are all children of God, and each of us has purpose, value, and a path uniquely designed for us.

And to top it all off, I was humbled and honored to receive an honorary doctorate degree… so I guess it’s Dr. Dawes now? 🎓✨

I’m heading to my first-ever F1 race this Sunday in Miami, and I can’t wait to take it all in.
Watching the best drivers in the world compete at that level—in a completely different kind of sporting environment—is something I’m really looking forward to experiencing firsthand.
It’s funny… when I was an executive producer alongside LeBron James and Maverick Carter on our Peacock docuseries Golden, we came up just short of a Sports Emmy to the F1 series Formula 1: Drive to Survive.
So I’ll admit—I’m a little curious 😄
This weekend might finally answer the question… why them?
Either way, I know it’s going to be an incredible experience. Let’s go, Miami!

Reflecting on the legendary musical_artist, “Prince”.

At 19, just after winning gold in Atlanta, I got a call in my hotel room from someone claiming to be Prince. I hung up, but my agent confirmed it was real. He then flew me and a friend out to Paisley Park to shoot a video.

He was truly a sweet and tender soul.

I absolutely love watching my kids play flag football! Flag football is blowing up!! 🔥

They are all quick, have great hands, and a pure love for the game and they’re are so fun to watch.

What’s even more rewarding is knowing it all started with their early training in gymnastics and ninja at Dominique Dawes Academy … That foundation—strength, coordination, agility, and body awareness—has set them up to thrive not just in football, but in soccer, basketball, golf and track..

If you’re thinking long-term about your child’s athletic development, I can’t recommend gymnastics enough. It truly builds the base for everything.

You really can’t go wrong. 💪🏽
