A fellow Democrat is taking aim at Zohran Mamdani for trying to "hijack" the party.

Rep. Josh Gottheimer says the NYC mayor isn't a Democrat — he's a socialist trying to pull the party away from its traditional values, he told Fox News.

The New Jersey Dem blasted Mamdani's views as "anti-American," "anti-Democratic" and "anti-capitalist," pointing to his past calls to defund police, opposition to prisons and support for eliminating the U.S. Senate.

He also ripped Mamdani's promise to honor an International Criminal Court arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu if he visited New York City — a pledge Mamdani just admitted he doesn't actually have the authority to carry out.
