I usually feel great AFTER I do salvia, not during. My (Maxwell's) personal advice to people is, if you aren't ready to integrate bad experiences, then you probably aren't ready for a high dose on a lot of different psychedelics (other than maybe ketamine because it's a pain killer, but it's also one of the hardest psychedelics on your body)
