There is no First Amendment right to invade a church and take over a sanctuary to stage a protest. The City of St. Paul has abdicated its responsibility to protect churchgoers’ right to worship in peace and free from fear.
Thank you @kayleighmcenany for having @jonathanparnell and me on her show @SatAmericaFNC this morning.

You know how we avoid this chaos on American streets? Mass deportations--whether self initiated or ICE initiated. If the public sees our leaders working to ensure our safety and prosperity, this mayhem need not come to our shores.
The City Attorney is saying that she’s trying to balance the rights of the right to protest with the rights that we all have to worship freely. But she couldn’t be more off base.
I joined Tony Perkins today to further discuss.

The St. Paul City Attorney said she is not bringing charges against those who invaded Cities Church in January because she is balancing the right to worship against the right to peacefully protest. That’s absurd. The First Amendment doesn’t give anyone the right to invade a church and shut down a worship service, nor does it give anyone the right to harass and intimidate churchgoers.
It was great to join @kayleighmcenany on her show this weekend with our client @citieschurch lead pastor @jonathanparnell to talk about the stand that Cities Church is making for the right to worship Jesus in peace and free from fear.

🚨 NEW: The church that Don Lemon and other agitators stormed is STILL being harassed EVERY, SINGLE Sunday and St. Paul announced it will NOT pursue charges❗️
@jonathanparnell, the Lead Pastor of Cities Church, told me, that "Every Sunday, since January 18th, a group of agitators come and stand in front of our church building, and they harass people on their way to worship."
"They are trying to incite violence just like the people who invaded our church and desecrated our worship."
"They want to shut us down."
"But here's the thing, they picked the wrong church."
"We're not leaving. We're going to keep worshiping Jesus. We're going to keep spreading the Gospel."

Thanks to @kayleighmcenany and @FoxNews for having Cities Church attorney @doug_wardlow on the show alongside our client.
What I’m about to say should be said by the governor, the state attorney general, and the mayor of St. Paul, but they’ve created a crisis and remain silent.
Minnesotans: please respect people’s right to peaceful religious gatherings. This goes for mosques, cathedrals, temples, and churches — every kind of person. Do not invade their place of worship, and do not harass people on their way to worship. Leave them alone.
Cientos, incluso miles, murieron. Miles más fueron encarcelados, torturados o desaparecieron.
Hasta el día de hoy, el gobierno chino censura cualquier mención al respecto, lo borra de los libros de historia y amenaza a cualquiera que lo recuerde.

🚨Update: Today is 37 years since the Tiananmen Massacre in China! In 1989, the CCP ordered the Army to open fire on its own citizens who were peacefully protesting! There is a price to pay to achieve and keep freedom!
BREAKING: True North Legal & Client Lead Pastor Jonathan Parnell Respond to St. Paul City Attorney’s Refusal to Prosecute Agitators That Invaded Cities Church
@ReneeKCarlson@doug_wardlow@jonathanparnell
According to the city attorney’s logic, it is perfectly fine for agitators to invade a mosque, a cathedral, or a temple, shout in people’s faces, terrorize their children, and shut down their religious gathering.
Just call it a “protest.”
That is the kind of city Kaohly Her and Irene Kao want.
The city of Saint Paul has officially determined the January 18 invasion of our church and the desecration of our worship to be a “peaceful protest.”
Here’s my question for Mayor Her:
The electronic voting system at the convention in 2022 was equally problematic. Before the convention, we were promised totals by BPOU and CD. But on the day of the convention, those breakouts were suddenly unavailable. Clickers failing to register. No tie-outs. Other anomalies abounded. Four years later, and it seems that nothing has changed.
Today we commemorate the American heroes who gave the ultimate sacrifice and laid down their lives so that this country could remain free
This Memorial Day, we all must fight harder than ever before to ensure that the America they died for remains worthy of their sacrifice
So pleased that we (True North Legal) were able to work with @UMLawCenter and deliver this major victory for religious freedom. It was an honor to represent Tony Schmitt as he took a bold stand against the Walz Administration bureaucrats who tried to terminate his men’s prison ministry because it expresses Christian views on masculinity.
Thanks to @LukeSprinkel and @AlphaNews for their excellent reporting.

Conservative groups secure settlement with Minnesota, allowing men’s prison ministry to continue
"I am thrilled that the Quest for Authentic Manhood program is back in the St. Cloud Correctional Facility," said Tony Schmitt, who leads the program.
Yesterday, @AlphaNews posted a video of an individual who, along with several others, harasses our church every Sunday. (I am not reposting the video because of its obscenity.) By their own admissions, as captured on video, these agitators are deliberately targeting families and children. It is a coordinated effort to desecrate our Sunday mornings.
St. Paul officials are doing nothing to stop it, and the City Attorney will not respond to my emails. We are simply asking for equal protection under the law.
