Have a fix target. Basically, you can use this template.

10 trades on that account if you're a conservative trader but If you are a trader with multiple set up then 20 trades is okay.

Risk 1% per set up for 10 different set up but then risk 0.5% per set up for 20 different set up if you're a trader with multiple set up.

The last but most important... LEARN TO SECURE PROFIT. A floating $200 on a $5k account is 4%

First, I want to genuinely thank everyone who commented on my post yesterday.
The encouragement, advice, DMs, and kind words meant more than you probably realize.
The truth is, I was active yesterday.
I saw the notifications.I read the comments. But I felt so disappointed in myself that I didn't have the energy to post or reply to anyone.
Yesterday taught me something I didn't want to learn.
I made over $400 on my prop account.
A few hours later, I had given every dollar back. Not because my strategy stopped working.
Because I stopped thinking clearly.
The scary part is that this isn't the first time.
A little over a year ago, I was still relatively new to trading. Around that same period, I got a payout and withdrew a significant amount from my live account.
I thought I had figured it all out.
I thought I was untouchable.
That confidence led me to make the biggest mistake of my trading journey: taking responsibility for $600 that wasn't mine to lose. I lost it.
And ever since then, I've carried that weight with me every single day.
I've lost over 110 accounts.
I've had 35+ funded accounts.
I've only received one payout.
But none of those losses have affected me the way that one mistake did.
Yesterday, when I made $400, I wasn't trading the market anymore.
I was trying to erase a memory.
I was trying to fix the past in a single trading session.
And the exact same cycle repeated itself.
The funded account is still alive.
The flip account is still alive.
But mentally, I'm tired of carrying this burden.
I'm taking the rest of the week off and coming back on Monday.
And if anyone has genuinely overcome the psychological weight of a major mistake, I'd appreciate your advice.
Because if I'm being honest, this one has had me trapped for a very long time.
Hopefully one day I'll look back at this post and be grateful I didn't quit.

So apparently, I got a refund from @fundingpips , @Khldfx and the team so I had to purchase the account at 02/06/2026 and was up 4% but never knew that once a new day kicks off, your previous equity becomes your new balance. So I lost the account due to price retracement. The new counted as $500 loss but my risk that day was -1.5% ($150), Guess what I got a reset price yesterday and purchased it.

Today I just passed phase one with a 100% win rate, just a set up.
