Bright-eyed leftists who call the Arab Spring of 2011 a big win for democracy should look at what actually happened. Check the countries that had youth-led revolutions in the last twenty years. What did they get?
Take Egypt. No real democratic reform. No economic opening. Just instability, the Muslim Brotherhood, then the army stepping in and putting another government in power. Back to square one.
Protest for your rights if you want. Just don’t mix real protest with anarchy.
Rahul Gandhi rails against corporate culture and says corporations run our lives. Then he flies private jet or first class for quiet holidays abroad every few months. He wears Burberry jackets, uses the same phones and networks, and drives cars made by those same companies. Hypocrisy much, Mr Gandhi?

Constantly thinking about the fruits of your actions weakens you. The one who focuses 100% on their actions alone is free. If you are participating in a race, you should have no interest in looking at who is running faster than you. Your focus should be on your track and your run. When you give 100% in any task, even if you lose, you feel satisfied that you used your full potential and performed your best. When you compete with urself, you progress in life, but when you compete with others, you weaken yourself.

Google (Alphabet) and Meta have a combined global workforce of roughly 274,000 to 275,000 employees. In India, they employ around 12,000 people. That’s good enough for me. Jobs should be given on qualifications, experience, temperament and knowledge. And not to please a vote bank. Incidentally, isn’t that what he does everyday with his videos and stagemanaged photo shoots?
