How do you enable your young staff to thrive?

I'm listening to a brilliant panel discussion at the #MedwayBuisnessShowcase

Great suggestions from commerce, business, retail and industry. So I'd love to know what education thinks.

P.S. @Dragoncoworking thks for the chocolate!

Huge thanks to everyone who made the first Medway Business & Skills showcase a success.

Brilliant panels, great variety of exhibits, hundreds of attendees networking, valued sponsors, @KMTV_Kent for reporting, superb venue in @MidKentCollege and much more

On Wednesday I spoke at #MedwayBusinessShowcase and Orchard Employment Law exhibited. It was great day, listening to talks, meeting people, eating from local street vendors, 50 exhibitors.

Well done to Medway Council for supporting local businesses.
