"And slowly
I've come to realize
It's all as it should be
That hiding space, a lonely place
How can the right thing be so wrong?
I've found mistakes where they don't belong
For the love of life
We'll defeat this
They may tear us down
But we'll go down fighting
Won't we?"
"The Dragon who sought the Mountain"
Another old piece of mine (2024 or so?).
I can't remember what I was thinking while painting this, but I can see now that I was trying to experiment with values, filters and layering.
In that sense, I learned a ton of stuff making it!
"Until the end of time"
Repost of some old art I made. I couldn't see it then, but it's now clear to me that this piece was heavily inspired by how much I was enjoying Slay the Spire 1, back when I first played it. #artㅤㅤㅤㅤ

If you've never watched any Gundam, please do.
Gundam 00, Gundam IBO, Gundam Witch from Mercury, even the og show from 1979... just start with anything and have fun. It's absolutely worth it.
There's a reason why people feel so strongly about these shows even today.
Etika was a ray of sunshine. He was an inspiration, and he's someone I still think about. A part of his spirit is with me anytime I make art. He was the kind of person that makes you want to pick up a pen, a ball, a controller... he was genuine, passionate and kind to others.
Happy 36th birthday Etika! Today you would have been turning 36. And we the Joycon Boyz will always be here to wish you a damn good one. It has been almost 7 years since you've been gone and everyday we all still cherish you so much. We hope you have been resting well. 🖤🦋
"She reached out to the sky, cursing the endless abyss that had caged her.
Death, forever seeking company and love, is more often than not the loneliest of the gods."
"Unmistakable, unapproachable, pale and frail.
There she stood, at the edge of nothingness, recognized by the name of 'Death'. Defined by mourning and tears shed in vain."
