Dubai Holding Real Estate and ADCB have launched a new off-plan mortgage proposition across Palm Jebel Ali, The Acres and Nad Al Sheba Gardens, allowing eligible buyers of select homes to apply for financing once 50% of the property value has been paid to the developer. The application point is linked to the buyer’s payment milestone, with no separate construction milestone required. ADCB approval and terms and conditions apply.

Under the new partnership, eligible buyers purchasing qualifying homes at Nakheel’s Palm Jebel Ali and Nad Al Sheba Gardens, and Meraas’ The Acres, can apply for an ADCB mortgage once 50% of the property value has been paid to the developer. The application point is linked to the buyer’s payment milestone, with no separate construction milestone. Benefits include pre-approval for up to 18 months, rates from 3.49% p.a. fixed for three years, and waived processing and valuation fees. ADCB approval and T&Cs apply.
